Chair arrived today. Fast shipping! Pretty easy to set up. It can be put together by one person but when attaching the back it is best to get an extra pair of hands to help you with it. The chair itself is quite comfortable. As someone else said, it will probaably get more comfortable with more use as with shoes. Very happy with this chair overall. brilliant price! Thanks a million! :)

Bought this on monday 19th july, arrived on thursday 22nd july in perfect condition. Just finished building it, sat on it now writing this review, so comfy and smart looking. also the tilt function is really nice and comfy. supports my back really well. Well worth what i paid.

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition, for such a cheap price, I expected a lot worse but was pleasantly surprised with that I received. Sitting on it now to type this review and can't be happier with my purchase, would recommend it to anyone!

Sat on it as I speak, a lovely product, high quality for a very fair price, assembly was easy, took 20 minutes, and would have taken 10 if I'd had a spare pair of hands. Comfy, stylish, and actually a very low price for such a good product. No niggles I can think of: A solid 10 out of 10

Assembly was pretty easy. Don't bother with the instructions as they are poorly annotated and actually cause more hassle.

The best approach is to set up the base and wheels first. Then attach the back to the bum rest with one arm rest, and then the other. Finally add the metal lever mechanism to the base of the bum rest and attach it to the air lift. You will save yourself much frustration.
The screw alignment holes may be off, like they were in my case. Don't attempt to wedge the screws in, you WILL damage the threads. Instead take a hammer and very lightly tap the screw alignment holes until they match the holes in the armrest. Careful not to rip the leather(?). This will save you more headaches.

As for the seat itself it is pretty good. There is a small amount of lumbar support. Tilt is pretty good although to adjust it you must get off the chair.
The chair is pretty comfortable and the perfect height for me, I'm about 5'6" and my head rests comfortably at the top, my back is comfortably aligned to the back of the seat and my feet rest firmly on the floor. The armrests are plastic and the 'leather' smell is a bit strong for awhile, but for this price...
